Mooyah Burgers Shakes and Fries
*UPDATED 3/30/2023: Originally, this blog post was created to highlight Mooyah Burgers Shakes and Fries in Irvine, California.
It has since been updated to highlight the best burgers in Anaheim to be more inclusive of all the great places in the area.
We both regularly keep up to date with the newest food finds and Mooyah has been on our radar for quite awhile.
There is a location fairly close to us in Irvine and it was along the way to where we were heading.
So the stars were aligned and we finally got to check this place out.
I knew that there were a few other locations, but upon some more recent research, this place is EXPLODING!
Not only are there locations across the entire US, there are several locations in the Middle East.
New locations are always popping up all over the US.
When first walking in, it was very busy.
To us this is always a great sign. It means people like it.
Our initial thoughts were that it would be most similar to Five Guys.
Just like how Five Guys has the peanuts out everywhere, Mooyah has the potato boxes everywhere.
A lot of the time we share food when we go out to eat.
Restaurant portions are always so much more than we would make at home, but this place was worth a splurge.
We each ordered our own burger, but we did share 1 order of fries.
Bacon Cheddar Burger
We both decided to go with the Bacon Cheddar Burger.
But we substituted the BBQ sauce for Mooyah sauce.
We were told it was essentially Thousand Island sauce.
These burgers all come on potato buns which are so delicious.
Between the texture and just the taste of the buns I don’t know which part makes this burger as great as it is.
We could eat these every day.
Mooyah French Fries
What’s cool about the fries is that you can pick from a few different size options.
So you can get one order for the whole group or get some just for yourself.
We decided to upgrade a little bit since we wanted to share one order instead of getting 2 separate sides of fries.
A smaller portion probably would have been sufficient.
We ate all of these and were definitely full by the end, but they were delicious so I guess it was worth it.
This whole meal was satisfying from start to finish and we are glad we found a new place that we can come back to any time we travel.
This meal was also very inexpensive by the way which is also always a win in our book!
Conclusion: Best Burgers In Anaheim
In conclusion, Anaheim is a great place to find a delicious burger.
Whether you’re looking for a classic cheeseburger or something more unique, you’re sure to find something to your taste.
So next time you’re in the area, be sure to check out the best burgers in Anaheim.
