Bellagio Las Vegas Hotel Review

Before we get into the Bellagio Las Vegas Hotel Review, I want to set the scene of how we came about our luxurious stay at this hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.

As M life Rewards members, we were recently offered a complimentary 2 night stay at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

When I saw the email I couldn’t believe it!

On one of our early trips to Vegas, we signed up for all of the casino rewards programs.

Then, soon after, I received an email saying “We’ve noticed you haven’t stayed with us yet”.

There was a big photo of the Bellagio and underneath was this offer:

Up to 2 Complimentary Nights in a Luxurious Resort Room

$50 in M life Rewards Resort Credit for Food and Beverage

$40 in FREEPLAY

Enjoy complimentary parking during your visit!

Book by October 31st

The timing of this email was just impeccable.

We were scheduled to be in Vegas the weekend of October 17th for a birthday party and in an effort to save money we were only going to stay 2 nights at Polo Towers through another complimentary offer.

I could not turn this down because staying at the Bellagio was my dream!

Luckily they had all the dates available that I was considering.

There were even multiple room options.

I specifically chose the Stay Well Resort King Room for the bathtub.

I love a good bubble bath and since I didn’t have any extra money to spend on this trip, this was free entertainment for me!

Bellagio Hotel & Casino Restaurants

On top of just having the free room, we also had our $50 in dining credits.

We knew exactly where we were going to spend it too.

There is an awesome restaurant just by the lobby called Noodles that we had tried back in August.

We love their Sweet and Spicy Noodles.

One night for dinner we went down there to use our credit, so we ordered the Sweet and Spicy Noodles, some Pot Stickers, and some Oolong Tea.

It didn’t even take up our entire $50 credit.

So the next night we ordered some Sweet and Spicy Noodles to go to take up to our room.

I think it was the night of The Bachelorette premiere or something, so we wanted to stay in and watch it.

Gambling at the Bellagio in Las Vegas

We also had our $40 in FREEPLAY to use, which provided some entertainment for us.

It had to be activated at the M life Rewards desk in the Bellagio, but since it was good at any MGM casino, I decided to use it elsewhere.

We spent a good portion of this trip exploring places I hadn’t been to yet like New York New York, Excalibur, and Luxor.

I ended up using my FREEPLAY at Excalibur and within a couple minutes I was up $40 so I cashed it out.

Stay Well Resort King Room at Bellagio Hotel & Casino

But now for the room, since that is what this post is about.

There are a ton of elevators and they are way nicer than a lot of others I’ve seen in Vegas.

The entry way on our floor was really nice too since all the rooms on our floor were part of the Stay Well room collection.

Here is the video tour of our Stay Well Resort King Room at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino:

Now let’s break it down a bit. Here is the living area:

The memory foam bed was so comfy!

The armoire you could tell was very high end furniture.

Also, the mini fridge came fully stocked with anything you could possibly want, but we know how expensive that can be so we didn’t touch it.

Here is the downside though – we brought our own bottled water and now we had nowhere to keep it cold so we would put a few in the ice bucket at a time, but it didn’t quite make them as cold as the fridge would have.

That was really our only issue.

Our view was on the backside of the Bellagio looking at Caesar’s Palace which was fine with me.

A really cool feature of the room was a switch by the door and by the bed to control the curtains and the sheers.

So right from your bed you can open the curtains and let in light or when you’re ready to sleep you can close them!

Another cool thing they did was provide this cute little covid safety pack.

It had hand sanitizer (full sized bottle), 2 Bellagio face masks, 2 door openers/button pushers, and a little travel pouch.

It was a nice touch to an already great room.

We’ve stayed in dozens of hotels this year and I can tell you that the Bellagio is the ONLY one to do something like this.

Now for the bathroom, which I loved!

This bathtub was DEEP!

I brought my own bubble bath bar that I had gotten from LUSH on my last visit to Vegas and it was perfect.

There was so much space along the edge of the tub.

I was able to keep a hand towel there along with my phone, a bottle of wine, and a glass of wine.

Also the drawers by the sink were stocked with every bathroom amenity you could possibly think of.

The second night I discovered there was a whole pack of bath salts, so I used that instead of my bubble bath bar.

Why You Should Stay At Bellagio Hotel & Casino

You may be wondering, “is Bellagio a good place to stay?”, and the answer is yes, absolutely!

What is Special About Bellagio?

There are a lot of great perks of staying at the Bellagio.

For one, it is very centrally located on the Strip, so you have quick and easy access to any other resort, casino, or restaurant.

We usually spend most of our time around that area (Bellagio, Paris, Bally’s, Flamingo, Harrah’s, etc) so it was perfect for us to be able to go back and visit our favorite spots.

The Bellagio itself also has some free entertainment.

Bellagio Conservatory

We always love to check out the newest exhibit at the Bellagio Conservatory every time we visit.

We were just there in August, so I didn’t expect a new one in October, but there was!

It is a free walkthrough with lots of great photo ops.

Here are some of our favorites from this year:

Bellagio Fountains

Of course there are also the Bellagio Fountains!

Everyone has to watch them at least once. I could sit and watch them all night.

Luckily, there are many places around the Strip with a great view of the fountains, so you could actually sit and watch them all night if you wanted to.

We had a good view of them from the Beer Park at Paris.

Is The Bellagio Adults Only?

The Bellagio is not an adults only hotel. Anybody of any age can stay in the rooms here, but you do need someone 21+ to check in to the room.

Certain areas of the hotel will be adults only though like casino floor and bars.
