Want to know what it’s like to stay at The Suites At Fall Creek in Branson, Missouri? We’ve got you covered with everything you need to know in this review!

As part of our Ultimate US Road Trip, we spent 5 nights in a one bedroom at The Suites At Fall Creek in Branson, Missouri.

This was the first visit to Branson for both of us!

We work remotely, so whenever possible we stay at places where we can have a separate bedroom.

This way we can get work done without being in each other’s space.

You can see a full walk-through of our one bedroom in this video on our YouTube Channel.

Recently, Hilton Grand Vacations bought out Diamond Resorts, but the resort is still the same, it’s just the management and branding that has changed so far.

Though down the road, there will eventually be upgrades and refurbishments as with all resort properties.

Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be a timeshare owner to stay at most timeshare resorts.

You can book directly or through your preferred 3rd party platform just like you would any other hotel or resort.

The Suites At Fall Creek Review

Our room was way in the back of the resort along the creek, so when we didn’t have loud neighbors, it was peaceful and quiet back there.

Since we booked our stay less than 60 days out, the points were discounted, making it one of the more affordable Diamond Resort properties in the US.

Branson itself is a little spread out, but the resort is situated amongst everything there is to do in the area.

It’s not way out in the middle of nowhere away from everything.

We loved having a full kitchen to cook during the day or reheat leftovers from going out to dinner.

The screened in balcony was also nice for enjoying fresh air without having to worry about bugs, bees, or mosquitos.

Our room was very spacious and we also had in-unit laundry which was a nice perk on such a long road trip.

Cons Of Staying At The Suites At Fall Creek

The only downside to this resort was that the internet speed was so slow that I had to do all my work on my mobile hotspot.

Any time I tried to upload or download anything I would get an error message, whether it was while writing a blog post, making Pinterest pins, or making YouTube videos.

So I started contacting each website or app’s IT to see what the problem was because I thought maybe there were website outages and every one of them said it was the internet connection speed.

We were there for 5 whole nights, so the lack of internet was going to hugely impact my ability to work.

I’m so glad I have an unlimited hotspot on my phone or I would have had some major issues coordinating the rest of our stay.

We also happened to be in a building surrounded by an extended family that had multiple rooms.

They had a few boys that were maybe 10-12 years old running up and down the stairs and the hallways constantly.

One of them even started pounding on our door one day and when we opened it he realized he was on the wrong floor.

After that we never heard from them again, lol.

Once they were gone, it was nice and peaceful in our “waterfront” unit in the back of the resort.

How Much Does It Cost To Stay At The Suites At Fall Creek?

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to be a timeshare owner to stay at most timeshare resorts.

You can book this resort on whichever site is your preferred booking site.

Generally, rooms here run at about the $150 range once you add in taxes and fees.

On weekends or busier seasons, this number can reach into the $200+ range and if you’re going in a slow season, you may be able to get a room closer to $125.

All of this also depends on your room type.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit, but there are also larger units which will cost more.

What Are The Check-In And Check-Out Times At The Suites At Fall Creek?

Generally timeshare check in and check out times are different than the average hotel.

This is mostly due to the size of the room and the amenities that need cleaned in order to be able to turn over the room to the next guest.

Your check in and check out time will be listed on your reservation confirmation, but you can expect check in to be at 4 pm.

This doesn’t mean you necessarily have to wait until exactly 4 pm to show up, it just means that’s when you can expect a room to be ready for you to move into immediately.

If you happen to arrive earlier, they’ll give you a room if one is ready, but that’s never a guarantee.

With timeshares, check out is usually expected by 10 am, but you can always call the front desk and ask about availability of a later check out if you need to.

Sometimes there may be a fee for a later check out but it all depends on availability at the resort.

Fun Things To Do When You’re Staying At The Suites At Fall Creek

Branson, Missouri has plenty of things to do while visiting whether you’re going with your whole family or as a couple.

We enjoyed a theme park day at Silver Dollar City, which is honestly practically on par with the Disney theme parks theming and immersion.

Branson is also known for their entertainment venues and there are plenty of them.

More Great Places To Stay With Your Diamond Resorts Timeshare

Over the past couple of years we’ve had the opportunity to stay in several Diamond Resort properties around the US.

They’re all in the middle of being re-branded to Hilton Grand Vacations due to Hilton buying out Diamond, but for the most part, the resorts will be staying the same for the foreseeable future.

It’s just the management is changing and the branding changing for now.

✔ Polo Towers – Las Vegas, Nevada

Polo Towers is right on the Las Vegas Strip, across from The Cosmopolitan.

We love the central location of this resort, as well as having a full kitchen because most Vegas hotels today have their fridge full of drinks that have insane mark ups, making them un-useable for yourself.

We’ve stayed in a variety of room types here over the years including a Two BedroomStudio Efficiency, and 1 Bedroom Accessible Room.

✔ Ka’anapali Beach Club – Maui, Hawai’i

Easily, the best Diamond resort is Ka’anapali Beach Club on Maui.

The photo below was the view from our room.

Using a timeshare in Maui helps save on travel costs and if you’re paying cash, you’re getting more for your money having a full kitchen.

✔ Varsity Clubs Of America – Tucson, Arizona

We absolutely love staying at this resort in Tucson.

It’s low key, but right in the middle of town, making it easily accessible to all the area tourist attractions and restaurants.

✔ San Luis Bay Inn – Avila Beach, California

San Luis Bay Inn is located in a small beach town about an hour and a half north of Santa Barbara and and only about 10 minutes from San Luis Obispo.

The resort is right along the beach and in walking distance to the entire beach promenade.

✔ Riviera Oaks Racquet Club – Ramona, California

Ramona, California is a small town about 40 miles northeast from San Diego.

It’s in a rural area that has a newly growing wine region, making for a great laid back resort experience.

✔ Riviera Beach & Shores Resort (Capistrano Beach, CA)

Riviera Beach & Shores Resort is an oceanfront property near the southern tip of Orange County, California.

It’s in a quiet area of the beach with hardly anybody else around.

We like coming down here for a few days at a time to enjoy the views and the peace and quiet.

✔ Palm Canyon Resort (Palm Springs, California)

Palm Canyon Resort is the premiere timeshare resort in Palm Springs.

We love staying here for fun stay-cations every so often because it’s always discounted within 30-60 days or less of travel.

They have a great pool with a hot tub and water slides built into the rocks.

✔ Mystic Dunes Resort (Orlando)

Mystic Dunes is one of the Diamond timeshares that really has a resort vibe, but the setting of being in Orlando, Florida probably plays a big part in that.

It’s just south of Disney World, with easy access to the parks.

The rooms are spacious and well kept, with just about every amenity when you stay in a one bedroom.

✔ Bell Rock Inn (Sedona)

Bell Rock Inn is a timeshare resort just South of the city center of Sedona.

It’s an older, smaller property, but it’s the most effective use of timeshare points.

Our stay was the equivalent of only about $65 a night!

✔️ Historic Powhatan Resort (Williamsburg)

We absolutely loved staying at this resort in Williamsburg.

It was one of our more affordable timeshare visits and the unit had everything we needed.

We had just a One Bedroom, but it was 3 stories and set up like a townhome.

The first floor was the entrance, the second floor had a kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and laundry.

Then the top floor was like a converted loft or attic with a tv, couch, and coffee table.
