One of the top art galleries in Orange County is the Laguna Art Museum, renowned for its impressive collection that focuses exclusively on California art.
Its exhibitions range from the historical to the contemporary, offering a unique lens through which to view the state’s rich artistic legacy.
The museum’s location in Laguna Beach, a city known for its vibrant art scene, adds to its appeal, drawing in art enthusiasts and tourists alike.
The Laguna Art Museum hosts various educational programs and events throughout the year, making art accessible to a wider audience.
This gallery stands as a testament to Orange County’s dedication to celebrating and preserving the diverse art and culture of California.
2. Laguna Art-a-Fair Fine Art Festival
The only international fine art fair in the city, Laguna Art-a-Fair Fine Art Festival, showcases the art and crafts of 125 international and local artists while celebrating 50 years of fine art in Laguna.
Everything from paintings and charcoal art to woodwork and jewelry can be found at this enormous festival.
It goes on for nearly two months, from late June to late August, and is unlike any art festival in the area.
3. Annual Elvis Festival
Music is one of the most commonly showcased art forms.
Concerts, music festivals, and cultural events are common occurrences across the nation.
In Garden Grove, an annual festival celebrating the music of Elvis Presley is held to commemorate the famous singer.

On the first Thursday of each month, the community’s fine art galleries create a public art walk that works to foster appreciation for art, drum up local business, and help local artists display their work.

In downtown Santa Ana, the First Saturday Art Walk has been going strong since 1999.

About 3,500 visitors attend each month, boosting the city’s local economy and spreading the love and appreciation of art.
